The purpose of the Oracle Social Club is declared to be as follows:

• To foster friendship and social activity among its members.
• To promote civic activity and moral responsibilities.
• To undertake various charitable responsibilities, as may from time to time be determined by the membership.
• To compare methods of study and work.
